Do you offer installation across the UK?

We’re pleased to offer a variety of delivery and installation services across mainland UK.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer installation services in Northern Ireland, only delivery within 2-5 days. We are also unable to offer any delivery or installation services in the Channel Islands or Scottish Islands.

Installation costs vary depending on the size of the item to be installed and the level of installation required. This cost will be confirmed when you check out.

You’ll find the various delivery and installation options for each product type below.

Mobile products and laptops

Delivery only

We don’t offer installation for smaller items, like mobile phones, tablets, or laptops etc. but please see our handy How-To guides for help setting up your new Galaxy.

TV installation options​

We offer the choice of installation to the included TV stand, or mounting your new TV onto a wall. Please see below for full details of each option.

TV stand only

​• Delivery and unpacking of your new TV​
​• Securing TV on supplied stand, in a room of your choice​
​• Connecting up to 2 x HDMI devices (e.g. Sky box or games console)​
​• Removal and disposal of all packaging

Wall mounting

​• Delivery and unpacking of your new TV​
​• Securing TV on a wall mount bracket (not supplied – buy here), in a room of your choice​
​• Connecting up to 2 x HDMI devices (e.g. Sky box or games console)​
​• Removal and disposal of all packaging​

Home Appliance installation

Please see below for full details of what’s included in our Home Appliance installation service.​

​• Delivery, unpacking, and connection of your new appliance​
​• Connection to the water mains (where applicable) and a safe connection to existing electrical supply (4-pin plug included)​
​• Testing of your new appliance and safety checks​
​• Removal and disposal of all packaging​

Please note we are not currently able to offer installation for integrated appliances.​

Collection & Recycling – TVs and Home Appliances

We also offer a Collection and Recycling service, where we recycle or dispose of your old TV or appliance responsibly. You can select this option at checkout for an additional cost.

What you need to do

​• Disconnect your old TV or appliance ​
​• Make sure it is easily accessible for collection​
​• Old appliances using a water supply must be fully drained before collection

Failure to do any of these things may result in your collection being cancelled without refund.

Free collection and an instant discount

Make sure to check the TV or appliance you want isn’t eligible for Trade Up, where we collect your old TV or appliance for free, and give you a discount on a brand new one too.​

Please note: our delivery and installation team are only permitted to climb a maximum of three flights of stairs, if an elevator isn’t available.
