Call waiting feature notifies the caller that the recipient of call is on another line. The recipient of call can put the line on hold and answer the incoming call.

Step 1: Go to Phone icon

Step 2: Tap More (Three dots)

Step 3: Tap Settings

Step 4: Tap Supplementary services

Step 5: Tap Call waiting to enable

Step 6: Tap again to disable it

Note:

  • In case this service is still not enabled, please contact your service provider.
  • Steps may vary as per operating system
