How to restore or backup Samsung Health data

When using Samsung Health, keeping your health data up to date is the key to getting the best results possible. This is why Samsung Health allows you to make and restore a backup copy of your data.
If you want to backup or restore data, you must meet these conditions:
- You must have a network connection.
- You must be logged into your Samsung account with your health data synced to the account.
